This practical selection process for graduates/diploma holders respectively for candidates without a certain experience in a market segment can help to handle the frequently very high number of applications when at the same time not having strict selection criteria. Internal selection is another topic for an AC. Future managers of these potential candidates will also be involved by having an observation role in the AC.

The classical outplacement analyses the personality structure of the candidate, analizes the best fitting function, helps thoroughly with the application process and guides until a new job is found.
In our mini-outplacement / application training we mainly concentrate on the training of techniques for the application itself as well as on the specific optimisation of the candidates' behaviour. We will need 3-5 half days of training and will also furtheron focus on the interview situation (by the use of video control).
The single steps of the application process are optimised in a compressed way so that employees to be released can 'sell their qualifications better' in an actual application situation and can herewith increase their chances to find a new job quickly. Here we adapt our procedure of training to the individual themes and characteristics of each candidate.

Activity as (university) lecturer
Themes of personnel management are dealt with by case studies in form of workshops and seminars. Target groups can be persons in personnel department, professional associations, or FH/university.
